I had enough funds and was raring to go. But then, emergency funds were needed elsewhere and I suddenly found myself in a bind. I didnt have enough to pay the rest of the builder and the house was now finished. The builder could have very easily made my large problem even larger. But I found Franco from PEOPLES MORTGAGE and explained my predicament to him. He worked tirelessly to find a way for me to get a mortgage considering I just recently went through a divorce and had a huge amount of debt. He listened to me and heard my need , so he and his team got to work. Thet needed a tremendous amount of documents from me and I was feeling like I wanted to just give up. But I had seen all of their effort to take care of my needs and I ended up getting all of the required documents to secure a mortgage. Honestly, I dont know where I would be without Franco for taking time out of his already extremely busy work load to help me. I will be forever grateful to Franco. He is my life saver. Erick March 26, 2016 As a first time home buyer I was not sure what lender to go with. After hours of research online I decided to pick up the phone and call Franco and his team. They did not disappoint, they are truly a 5 star lender to work with, always prompt service with any questions or concerns you may have. The process to get approval all they way up to my closing day was painless. I would definitely not recommend anybody but these guys!!

D. Lopez April 3, 2014 Franco was very informative and made the financing process very easy. We never had to hunt him down to ask questions and most of the time he would give us the information we needed even before we asked. I will not do another loan without Franco at the helm. He was able to get us approved and we closed on our loan in just two weeks once we found our house which was important to get the deal we got on the home. We could not have done this without him. You can go with someone else but I know from experience you will be disappointed if you do.
